Books
Welcome to Pagan Literature! While this could mean many different things, in the case of this course we will be talking about works and books with a Pagan slant or treating Pagan subjects. In class we will be identifying and discussing elements of Paganism. Our goal is to appreciate how Paganism effects literature. There is a lot of reading involved. Even meeting weekly may not give you the opportunity to read everything on the course list. You may not be able to afford the books on the list. This is why discussion is important--so that the students who have been able to read can share with those who haven't. You can find the course texts online at Amazon.com for some very good prices, especially if you can find them used.

Previous students of this course have found it a vibrant way to see Paganism and Pagan thought in action. Discussing the books has often led to deeper discussions of Paganism in general. This is agreed to be an advanced course for Pagans familiar with the path and able to apply the path to literature.
